The Willows has cared for older people for over 25 years. Choosing care is rarely easy, so we keep things personal: care planned around the individual, families and friends involved, and activities shaped by what each person enjoys.
Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture if required, personalise their rooms, and enjoy the gardens and seating areas.

Our approach
Care that notices the little things.
We are committed to providing a high standard of care with dignity, encourage independence with complete privacy and give the residents freedom of choice whilst retaining a homely atmosphere.
Bedrooms have 24-hour emergency call systems, telephone and television points, and residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms, making them a true “home from home”.

- Enable each resident to take calculated risks, make their own decisions, and think and act for themselves. Offer assistance as appropriate.

- Ensure every resident has options over their activities of daily living in accordance with their capabilities.

Our activities co-ordinator plans activities and exercise around each person’s needs. Joining in is always a choice, and so is a quiet afternoon in the garden.
